PREFACE.

If God should have created the model of governing our life, he would never write instructions for each definite situation. He would have built self-organizing model and gave a first push in correct direction. The rest would have been done by itself. As an Universe development. That is the way, which will guarantee peaceful and fruitful development of human society. And this will happen not because at some wonderful moment some super clever leader will appear and will show… will point… will lead, but because of self-organizing mechanism, which The Science long ago pointed as the best way of governing.
Now it looks like we are moving in the opposite direction. Every year the things are developing from bad to worth, starting with terrorists and finishing with ozone holes, melting ice etc. Extrapolation of going on processes shows that mankind is moving to self-elimination. Can we stop this movement or at least slow it down? What lies ahead of us: prosperity or destruction? What it all depends on? The answer is: it all depends on the way of governing the mankind will choose.
Governing on family or tribe level need nothing but direct administration. Leader knows everybody and can control activity of any tribe member. He does not need nor parliament, nor senators, neither police. As far as society enlarges amount of the objects to be ruled, relations between these objects become more and more complicated, at last it makes direct governing impossible. Mankind has nothing to do but search for new models of governing. Unfortunately this simple statement doesn’t understand most of the population in all countries on the Earth. If the things become worse people always change those who are in power instead of changing the governing model. Improving the governing model is mighty non-material reserve whose significance becomes the more important the less of Natural Resources are left on our planet. That is why rising of living level by improving the way we govern our life is the cheapest and, at the same time, the most effective way to solve humanity problems. 
This book is all about how to do this first step on this wonderful way together with Nature and Science.
